Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive survey strategies for reclamation and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of surveyors, providing guidance, training, and quality assurance to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct and oversee topographical, hydrographic, and geodetic surveys using advanced tools such as GPS, LiDAR, and total stations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate survey data into design and construction plans.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and digital models to support project planning, execution, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to local and international surveying standards, as well as health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and data validation to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Stay abreast of emerging surveying technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in surveying, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or reclamation projects.
- Professional certification or licensure in surveying (e.g., Registered Surveyor) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Leica Geo Office, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of GPS, LiDAR, drone surveying, and other modern surveying technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia, particularly in Bali.
- Ability to work in diverse and challenging environments, including remote or coastal project sites.
