Responsibility

  • Manage and process case intake requests, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth programme operations.
  • Maintain and update case management systems, databases, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries for stakeholders.
  • Monitor programme timelines and deadlines, proactively addressing potential delays.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in case handling and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, case management, or operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and case management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data entry, reporting, and basic analytics is a plus.
