Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions for government digital programmes, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare and maintain UAT documentation, including test scripts, defect logs, and progress reports for project teams and government clients.
- Liaise between technical teams, project managers, and end-users to facilitate clear communication and resolve testing-related queries.
- Track and report UAT progress, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and user guides for programme rollouts, ensuring accessibility for diverse stakeholders.
- Organize and archive programme documentation, adhering to government compliance and data security standards.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as meeting coordination, minute-taking, and data entry, to ensure smooth programme operations.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in UAT workflows and suggesting enhancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, programme coordination, or UAT-related roles, preferably in government or IT projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team setting.
- Familiarity with government project workflows or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
