The Caregivers' Circle initiative is at the heart of our community-based support services, offering resources, education, and emotional support to caregivers who play a vital role in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities. As the Programme Executive, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and evaluate programs that address the unique needs of caregivers, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and empowered.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement innovative programs and initiatives for the Caregivers' Circle, tailored to the needs of caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to ensure program alignment with organizational goals and caregiver needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, support groups, and educational sessions for caregivers, both in-person (when applicable) and virtually.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and data analysis, making data-driven improvements as needed.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and impactful delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, volunteers, and community organizations to foster a supportive network.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, including digital content, newsletters, and social media updates, to raise awareness about the Caregivers' Circle.
- Stay updated on best practices, trends, and research in caregiver support and intellectual disability services to enhance program offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development, community outreach, or caregiver support, preferably in the nonprofit or social services sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including caregivers, volunteers, and partners.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, support groups, or training sessions, either in-person or virtually.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for program evaluation and reporting.
- Passion for social impact and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by caregivers of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
