Responsibility
- Engage with the public to raise awareness about our charity's mission and programs.
- Organize and participate in fundraising events, campaigns, and community outreach activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and corporate partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase donations and supporter engagement.
- Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media and other platforms.
- Track and report on fundraising progress and donor interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and supporters, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for philanthropy and a strong desire to make a difference.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and participate in events outside of regular office hours.
- Previous experience in the nonprofit sector is advantageous but not required.
