Responsibility
- Engage with the public in high-traffic areas to promote charitable causes and fundraising campaigns.
- Educate potential donors about the mission, goals, and impact of the charity.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
- Organize and participate in local events, workshops, and outreach programs.
- Track and report on fundraising progress and donor interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive donor experience.
- Stay updated on charity initiatives and effectively communicate updates to the public.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or fundraising is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
