Responsibility
- Engage with the public in high-traffic areas to raise awareness about our charitable initiatives.
- Inspire and motivate individuals to contribute to our causes through compelling storytelling and interpersonal skills.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly fundraising targets while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to organize and execute local events, campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Provide accurate information about the charity's mission, impact, and how donations are utilized.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, donations, and feedback for reporting and improvement purposes.
- Represent the organization with integrity, passion, and a customer-centric approach.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of fundraising techniques and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in sales, marketing, or nonprofit work is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Passion for charitable causes and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Strong ethical standards and a professional appearance.
