As a Programme Coordinator, you will work closely with the Programme Manager to ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of the AAPMD Scheme. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, legal authorities, and community organizations, to provide essential support and advocacy for individuals with mental disabilities.

Responsibility
- Assist the Programme Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the AAPMD Scheme.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, legal authorities, and community organizations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.
- Provide training and support to volunteers and staff involved in the program.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program activities and outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between program participants, their families, and service providers.
- Organize and facilitate community outreach and awareness campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or social services sector.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and advocacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
