Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide remote telehealth consultations with accuracy and empathy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient records, treatments, and progress in compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications
- Active PHRN or USRN license (mandatory).
