Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to elderly patients in home settings, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams and family members.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a trusting and respectful relationship.
- Educate patients and caregivers on health management, disease prevention, and safe home practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Assess patient conditions regularly and report any changes to supervisors or physicians promptly.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Valid Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric care, home health, or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical nursing practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, community-based setting.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Bali (own transportation is advantageous).
