Responsibility
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care and counseling to patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct medication reviews and assessments to identify potential drug-related problems and recommend solutions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper medication administration, storage, and adherence to treatment plans.
- Monitor and manage inventory of pharmaceutical products to ensure availability and compliance with regulations.
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives within the community.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, prescriptions, and inventory.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in pharmaceuticals, healthcare regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license (Apoteker) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or clinical setting (fresh graduates with strong internship experience will be considered).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and patient counseling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
