Responsibility
- Assist in the daily administrative operations of the Senior Care Centre, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organise recreational, social, and wellness programmes for elderly residents, ensuring high participation and engagement.
- Liaise with volunteers, vendors, and community partners to facilitate smooth programme execution.
- Maintain accurate records of resident activities, attendance, and feedback to improve programme quality.
- Prepare and distribute communication materials (e.g., newsletters, notices) for residents and stakeholders.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for programmes and administrative needs.
- Provide logistical support for events, including venue setup, material preparation, and post-event evaluation.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive resident and organisational information.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, programme coordination, or elderly care.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- A compassionate and patient demeanour with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with elderly care standards, health, and safety protocols is advantageous.
