Responsibility
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments for senior principals with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and visa arrangements.
- Oversee expense reporting and budget tracking for executive operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Anticipate the needs of senior principals by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they arise.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters, including sensitive business and personal information.
- Liaise with board members, clients, and high-profile partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Discretion and integrity are non-negotiable; experience handling confidential information with the utmost care.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a corporate or private organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
