Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end activation of AI Academy programs, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline training processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional teams to tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of the APJ market.
- Design and deploy scalable solutions to support the enablement of AI technologies across diverse teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven improvements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for training initiatives.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI and training methodologies to continuously innovate and improve programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably within the tech or education sectors.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in training and enablement.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
