This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with little to no experience to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain our IT systems. This is a 1-year renewable contract based on performance, offering a competitive salary of up to IDR 2.4 million per month.

Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform regular system updates and security patches.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support tickets.
- Assist in the deployment of new IT equipment and software.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT-related certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
