Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee system development projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve scalability.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and resolving technical queries.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless functionality and user adoption.
- Monitor system performance and generate data-driven reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, customer service) to integrate systems and streamline workflows.
- Provide bilingual support (Mandarin & English) for internal and external stakeholders, including training and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in system analysis, business process optimization, or a similar role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with minimal supervision.
