Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-quality product features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical documentation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance our tech stack.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across multiple systems and environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go and frameworks like React, Node.js, or Django.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
