Responsibility
- Lead and manage digital transformation programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk assessments.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM).
