Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-tier support teams when necessary.
- Document and track support tickets using IT service management tools.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and guide users through step-by-step solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technical advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT service roles.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
