Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for visiting U.S. executives, including travel, accommodations, and itinerary management.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of programs and events.
- Develop and maintain detailed operational plans, timelines, and contingency protocols to mitigate risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reports to ensure cost-effective program delivery.
- Conduct pre- and post-visit evaluations to gather feedback and implement improvements for future engagements.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, presentations, and documentation for leadership and participants.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations coordination, event management, or executive support roles.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to accommodate visitor schedules.
