Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for certification processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Manage billing operations, including invoice generation, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate partner onboarding, including documentation, communication, and follow-ups.
- Assist in program coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized records and databases for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and support team members as needed.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, program coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with billing, invoicing, or certification processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
