DLA Naturals, Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join our growing operations in Subic, Zambales. As a key member of our maintenance and production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and functionality of our facility's equipment. Responsibility
- Perform high-quality welding and fabrication tasks on various metal structures and plant equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on facility machinery to minimize downtime.
- Operate specialized tools including grinders, plasma cutters, and welding machines safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory of welding materials and advise on procurement needs.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with OSHA/DOLE safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Vocational or Technical training in Welding, Metal Fabrication, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Welder or Fabricator in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), and SMAW (Stick) welding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and shop drawings.
- Physical capability to lift heavy materials and work in confined or elevated spaces.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shifts or on-call for emergency repairs as required.
