Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all washroom facilities, including sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures.
- Restock essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and air fresheners to ensure guest convenience.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues, such as leaks, clogs, or damaged fixtures.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests related to washroom facilities in a courteous and professional manner.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and use approved cleaning agents to uphold hygiene standards.
- Monitor and replenish hand sanitizer stations and other hygiene products as needed.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any operational or cleanliness concerns promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
