Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their dining experience.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on our authentic Indonesian cuisine.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, ensuring attention to dietary preferences and allergies.
- Deliver orders promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns with promptness and discretion.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and provide receipts with a courteous farewell.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including table setting and wine service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s operating hours.
