Responsibility
- Assist in overseeing daily cinema operations, including ticketing, concessions, and auditorium management, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and motivate frontline teams, including ushers, cashiers, and guest service staff, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and maintain cinema standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and guest engagement.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock control for concessions and cinema supplies.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to drive cinema attendance and enhance brand visibility in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a leadership role (internships or part-time roles included).
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by cinema operations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn cinema management software.
- Passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to grow within the cinema and hospitality sector.
