Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor corporate governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee legal compliance across all operations, including labor laws, health/safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks through proactive strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure stakeholder transparency and ethical decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews, preparing reports for executive teams and regulatory bodies.
- Lead training programs on governance, risk management, and compliance for staff at all levels.
- Serve as the primary liaison with legal counsel, auditors, and government agencies on compliance matters.
- Drive continuous improvement in policy documentation and internal controls to support scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; Master’s or professional certification (e.g., CGP, CRMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in governance, compliance, or risk management, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or corporate sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and hospitality industry standards.
- Proven ability to design and enforce compliance programs in multicultural environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Experience with ISO standards, anti-bribery policies, and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools and compliance software (e.g., SAP GRC, MetricStream).
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
