Responsibility
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Handle guest concerns and requests promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and special requests using our property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure rooms and facilities meet guest expectations.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash handling procedures with integrity and accuracy.
- Provide local recommendations and assist guests with travel arrangements, tours, and dining reservations.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, representing our brand with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a bonus.
