Responsibility
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression
- Assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and general information about our services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all guest areas
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and exceed guest expectations
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and professionalism
- Contribute to a positive team culture that reflects our brand values
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills for POS and reservation systems
