Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic F&B plans to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and optimize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing F&B team, including chefs, sommeliers, and service staff, to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Oversee menu development, pricing strategies, and cost control measures to ensure financial success while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships that boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and industry best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in F&B services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to secure high-quality ingredients and services.
- Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in F&B management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., F&B Director, General Manager).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, wine and beverage pairings, and culinary innovations.
- Proficiency in F&B management software, POS systems, and financial analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
