Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor to all guests.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Offer personalized menu recommendations and upsell premium items to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, including tables, linens, and service tools.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Handle payment processing efficiently and accurately, including cash and digital transactions.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and promotional offers to provide informed service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waitress/server in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
