Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations based on guest preferences
- Deliver prompt and attentive table service, anticipating guest needs throughout their dining experience
- Handle cash and digital payments securely, ensuring accuracy in billing and transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely order delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not required; training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
