Whether you’re assisting international visitors, coordinating with ground staff, or resolving travel-related inquiries, your work will directly impact guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibility
- Greet and assist arriving/departing passengers with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Manage check-in, boarding, and baggage processes efficiently to minimize delays.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, airport facilities, and local transportation.
- Coordinate with airlines, ground crew, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle passenger complaints or special requests with empathy and prompt resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with aviation standards.
- Assist VIP guests, groups, or travelers with special needs (e.g., elderly, disabled, or unaccompanied minors).
- Use airport systems (e.g., PNR, DCS) to verify bookings and update passenger data as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, aviation, or customer service (airport experience is a plus).
- Fluent in English (additional languages, e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, are advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in tourism/hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with airport operations, IATA codes, or reservation systems is beneficial.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift luggage (up to 20 kg) when assisting passengers.
- Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit for Bali.
