Join RedDoorz, a leading hospitality brand in Southeast Asia, as a Person in Charge (PIC) for Hotel Operations Cluster in Bali. As the PIC, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance across our cluster of hotels in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will work closely with hotel managers, staff, and corporate teams to maintain high standards of service, optimize revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple hotels within the assigned cluster, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and guest satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with hotel managers to implement strategies for improving service quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Ensure all properties adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain consistency in service delivery and property upkeep.
- Liaise with corporate teams to align cluster operations with company-wide initiatives and goals.
- Resolve escalated guest complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or cluster leadership role.
- Strong understanding of hotel management systems, revenue management, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and teams effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to travel within the cluster locations as needed.
