Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily shift operations across front office, food & beverage, and housekeeping departments
- Ensure consistent delivery of 5-star service standards and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to enhance service quality
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key information to management
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in luxury properties
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hospitality management software and POS systems
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Passion for Balinese culture and luxury service standards
