Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to create cohesive dining experiences and seasonal drink specials.
- Monitor guest consumption and intervene responsibly to prevent over-service, ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Train and mentor junior staff, sharing best practices in mixology, customer service, and efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and emerging flavors to keep the drink menu innovative and exciting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, resort, or fine-dining establishment.
- Proven expertise in crafting classic and contemporary cocktails, with a strong understanding of spirits, wines, and beers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic accounting principles.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is highly desirable.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique drink recipes and enhancing guest experiences.
