Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks, adhering to Twenty Milli Coffee’s standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to uphold health and safety standards.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Qualifications
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the specialty coffee industry.
- Previous experience in a café, barista role, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
