Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and welcoming demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage cashiering duties, including processing payments, handling transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to service standards and customer preferences.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure all guest needs are met with excellence.
- Assist in coordinating restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and service flow optimization.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Basic knowledge of F&B operations, cash handling, and POS systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
