Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and brand reputation.
- Lead, mentor, and train restaurant managers and staff to uphold Peach Garden’s high standards of excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu standards and introduce innovative dining experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Drive customer loyalty through exceptional service and personalized guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Bali’s dining scene.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel across multiple locations as needed.
