Responsibility
- Oversee daily household operations, including staff management, scheduling, and maintenance of luxury properties.
- Coordinate and execute high-end events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions, ensuring flawless execution.
- Provide personalized butler services, such as concierge assistance, travel arrangements, and guest relations.
- Maintain meticulous standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all living and event spaces.
- Manage inventory of household supplies, fine linens, and luxury amenities, ensuring stock levels meet demand.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to source premium products and services.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with clients and guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address requests to exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private service, or high-end event management.
- Proven track record in household or estate management, with strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by client needs.
- Familiarity with Bali’s luxury market, cultural nuances, and local vendor networks is advantageous.
- Certification in butler training (e.g., from The International Butler Academy) is a strong asset.
