Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings is advantageous
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
