Responsibility

  • Provide attentive, courteous service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
  • Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Serve meals and drinks with precision and presentation, adhering to establishment standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and dining area, including table settings, glassware, and utensils.
  • Handle payments and process transactions efficiently using POS systems.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required; training provided).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
