Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take and deliver orders accurately while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality food and beverage delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or daily operations.
- Adhere to company policies, including safety protocols and service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or resort is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
