Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to high standards of presentation and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and ready for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with courtesy, resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
