Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve gelato, beverages, and accompanying menu items with attention to presentation and detail.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately, providing receipts and change as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area, including tables, counters, and serving utensils.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables, restocking supplies, and performing basic cleaning tasks.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is advantageous.
