Responsibility
- Take accurate food and beverage orders with attention to detail and customer preferences.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet restaurant standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including table settings and decor.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize revenue while enhancing the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant or upscale dining environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain composure during peak hours.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Spanish) are a plus.
- Neat appearance, professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality.
