Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring personalized and discreet service from pre-arrival to departure.
- Coordinate with luxury accommodations, private transport, and exclusive experiences to curate bespoke itineraries.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve any issues to maintain a flawless reputation for SPS Global.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (concierge, housekeeping, security) to guarantee seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.
- Manage guest feedback and implement service improvements based on insights and trends.
- Represent SPS Global at high-profile events, networking functions, and industry gatherings in Bali.
- Stay updated on local attractions, cultural events, and luxury trends to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or a similar executive-facing role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with diplomacy and grace.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Bali’s luxury market, geography, and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
- Professional appearance, charisma, and a passion for delivering white-glove service.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
