Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain up-to-date records of room availability and reservations using hotel management software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and manage guest billing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
