Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens, ensuring rooms are fully stocked for guest comfort.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Adhere to strict cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks based on guest check-in/check-out times.
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and use approved chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and public area maintenance as assigned.
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests, addressing requests promptly and discreetly.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or similar role in a hotel or resort (preferably 4-5 star).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 15 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling (training provided).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for hospitality.
