Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily shift operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
- Manage and resolve incidents promptly, minimizing disruptions and maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and career growth.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain standards in safety, hygiene, and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, resources, and guest expectations.
- Prepare and present shift reports, performance metrics, and action plans to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Shift Manager, Operations Manager, or Supervisory role within hospitality, tourism, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development and engagement.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and hospitality management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
