Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant and attract new clientele.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with guests and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
